FLUSHtec MODULE

This module makes flush test according to EN997, according Australian Standard AS 1172 and according other standards that can be requested.
After flush volume water is evaluated by an inductive ring sensor and an high precision water scale, with a camera, equipped with specific lens, the flushed plastic balls is automatically counted according to EN 997 and AS 1172 Standards. The machine is equipped with standard EN 997 cistern and discharge mechanism, but is able to use any commercial inside-the-wall cistern and ceramic cistern for closed-coupled WC. The water is recycled and is always the same.

LEAKtec MODULE

The machine allows to do the vacuum test and syphon trap test on wc. These tests are fundamental to avoid selling of pieces with leaks. The interface can be set both for the duration of the test, vacuum threshold to reach and the allowed vacuum gap. The accuracy of the test is very high, detecting very small leak (60 micron). Machine can also be put on a continuous sorting line and be customized for different items, one piece wc, regular wc or combo (both). Different materials for cushions can be used.

LEAKtec  BOT MODULE

The machine has the same characteristics as the LEAKtec so it allows you to perform the vacuum test to detect piece losses but in the BOT version it also has the possibility of being installed on an automatic sorting line and communicating with a robot via a special interface. All operating and robot interface parameters can be configured by the end user based on the needs dictated by the automated line. It is possible to configure different test "profiles" depending on the characteristics of the sanitary ware analyzed.

LOADtec MODULE

This machine allows to make the static load test on wall hung wash basins, wc and bidet. The load is slowly applied and can be set the weight trough the interface depending of the standard. The time of test can be set trough the interface. The machine is fully close, it can be opened during test and respects all security standard. A load cell measures the load applied and controls it.

SHOCKtec  MODULE

Thermal shock test according to European EN Standard is done by this machine carring out water at 15 ° C and 70 ° C for 1000 of times. Separate cisterns, one for hot water and one for cold water, are used to recycle and reuse the same water. France NF Standard for thermal shock is provided too. With optional tools could be possible carring out the thermal shock test for shower tray and resin bath tub. In addition, the module, is able to perform the overflow class determination test for washbasins and bidet.

SEATtec  sMODULE

The machine is developed to execute the stress test on the toilet seat hinges (cover and seat). The module repeats a cycle thousand of times and it consists in lifting the seat / cover and then making it free fall down activating the brakin devices.

The machine is equipped with a test command and control PC, sensor to guarantee the completion of each cycle and a piston for lifting the seat / cover.

The test is evaluated through a graph that traces the fall times in the total number of cycles performed.

SEATtec  MODULE

The machine is developed to perform stress tests on toilet seat hinges (cover and seat) and static load tests. The hinge test consists of repeating a cycle thousands of times and it consists of lifting the affected part and then letting it free fall towards the floor, thus activating the braking devices. Static load tests consist of applying weight gradually by a piston equipped with a load cell. The test must be carried out on the various points of the toilet seat as described in the regulations. The lateral load test consists of measuring the distortion that occurs after applying a force to one side of the water cover. ​ The machine is equipped with a command and test control PC, laser sensors, a rotary piston for lifting the piece, two weight application pistons, an air suction cup, a fall drive piston and many other small accessories necessary for the proper execution of the test as described in the various regulations. The test is evaluated and studied thanks to a graph that tracks the fall times during each single cycle and thanks to the reports generated by the software.
